🚀 We're Hiring: Junior Manufacturing Engineer | Austin, TX

Do you enjoy solving technical problems, working hands-on with machines, and making production equipment run better?

colorFabb is expanding its filament manufacturing operation in Austin, Texas, and we're looking for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team!

This isn't a desk-only engineering role. You'll be working directly with our production equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing improvements, and helping us build a reliable and efficient manufacturing operation.

🔧 What you'll be doing:

• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
• Supporting maintenance, repairs, and root cause analysis
• Installing, commissioning, and optimizing production equipment
• Working with industrial electrical systems, controls, sensors, and motors
• Supporting improvements to cooling, compressed air, and other production utilities
• Developing technical standards, work instructions, and continuous improvements

⚡ What we're looking for:

Someone with a solid electrical and mechanical foundation, a practical mindset, and a passion for solving problems.

Experience with industrial equipment, electrical troubleshooting, or 480V three-phase systems is a big plus.

Your background could be in mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, or field service.

No filament extrusion experience? No problem! We'll provide training on our equipment.
