Hours are flexible, so if you’re in school or have other part-time work, we’ll work with you to find a schedule that works.

We’ll help you learn, even if you’ve never done anything like this. This position is about having conversations with homeowners about their property, and delivering value through offering free design consultations.

Duties

• Canvas door-to-door on streets assigned, advertising decking services for the local franchise.
• Knock on qualified doors on the streets assigned. Upon greeting a homeowner at their door, you will use their people and sales skills in an attempt to obtain the interest of the homeowner (i.e. a ‘lead’).

Support

We will provide Junior Marketers with resources including marketing scripts, initial training, people to train and canvas together with, and continued support and guidance. We want to ensure you enjoy your work, see the value in it, and continue to learn and grow.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
