Junior Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are growing our Tampa team and looking for energetic, people-oriented individuals to join us as a Junior Marketing Assistant.

We work alongside nonprofit organizations throughout the Tampa area and the surrounding communities - helping them connect with local residents, promote their programs, and grow their presence through genuine face-to-face marketing engagement at events and community settings.

This is a full-time, in-person W-2 position - not remote, not door-to-door, and not commission-only. Weekly pay and paid training from day one.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives on behalf of our nonprofit partners
• Represent our nonprofit partners professionally and enthusiastically at local events, community hubs, and partner venues across the Tampa area
• Assist in promoting our partners' programs and initiatives through direct community engagement and face-to-face marketing
• Help organize and staff marketing events and outreach activations to maximize community participation and campaign awareness
• Build authentic relationships with community members through consistent, people-first marketing engagement
• Use mobile tools to log interactions, track campaign activity, and support basic marketing data collection
• Support fundraising campaigns and help drive community involvement through targeted outreach efforts
• Contribute to social media efforts by helping document events and community activations in the field

You're a good fit if you:

• Are comfortable talking to people and genuinely enjoy face-to-face marketing and engagement
• Have a strong interest in marketing, community outreach, or nonprofit work
• Stay active, show up consistently, and take your commitments seriously
• Are comfortable with basic tools like mobile apps and productivity software
• Are bilingual - a real asset when executing marketing campaigns across Tampa's diverse communities
• Come from customer service, hospitality, retail, or athletics - or simply have strong people skills and a genuine willingness to learn
• Care about work that gives back to the community around you

No prior experience in marketing or outreach required. We have a structured training process and take the time to set people up properly before anyone goes into the field.

What's included:

• Pay range: $49,000–$60,000 annually
• Weekly pay - W-2 full-time employment from day one
• Paid training and structured onboarding from your first day

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time hours (35–40 hours per week)
• 8-hour shifts
• Some weekend availability required based on event schedule
• Reporting to the Tampa office and traveling locally with the team
• No overnight travel required
