Junior Marketing Associate

OVERVIEW
Supports the execution of day‑to‑day marketing activities across digital, social, and on‑ground channels. This role is ideal for those who are detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the full spectrum of modern marketing operations.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or tradeshows (below-the-line) BTL Activations.
• Strong English and Tagalog communication skills
• Solid project management and high attention to detail.
• Can work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Basic SEO and familiarity with major social media platforms is a plus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist creation and publishing of copy for social media posts, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional collateral.
• Monitor comment sections and direct messages to maintain community engagement.
• Gather customer feedback to assist in refining marketing approaches.
• Assist in planning and executing online advertising campaigns
• Support below-the-line (BTL) activations.
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows and promotional events.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and print suppliers for marketing collaterals
• Track and report key performance metrics using Google Analytics and native platform tool
• Monitor local competitor activities, pricing updates, and emerging industry trends.
• Support cross-functional projects alongside sales and business development teams.
