Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Marketing role based in Setiabudi at PT. Victory International (Branch Satrio Tower). The Junior Marketing team member supports daily marketing activities, including assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote the company’s trading services and educational programs. Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, helping prepare marketing materials and content, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and maintaining consistent communication with prospects and existing clients. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, supporting events or webinars, and contributing to social media and digital outreach. The position provides hands-on experience in financial services marketing within a regulated brokerage environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably based in JABODETABEK .
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply .
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills .
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, digital marketing, and customer engagement .
• Familiar with major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels .
• Creative and willing to contribute ideas for promotional content and marketing activities.
• Willing to learn about market research, campaign planning, customer behavior, and financial services .
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience from internships, organizations, campus activities, sales, content creation, or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory .
