Role Description

The Junior Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Setiabudi at PT. Victory International Futures (Branch Satrio Tower). The Junior Marketing team member will assist in planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company’s trading services and educational programs. Daily tasks include supporting marketing campaigns, conducting basic market research, helping prepare promotional materials, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, providing initial information about services, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to support client acquisition and retention. The Junior Marketing professional is expected to maintain accurate records of marketing activities and contribute ideas to improve outreach and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Preferably based in JABODETABEK only.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply .
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills .
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, digital marketing, and customer engagement .
• Familiar with major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels .
• Creative and willing to contribute ideas for promotional content and marketing activities.
• Willing to learn about market research, campaign planning, customer behavior, and financial services .
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience from internships, organizations, campus activities, sales, content creation, or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory .
