Junior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join the dynamic marketing team at MW INFINITY. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, offering an exciting opportunity to launch your career in marketing and communications. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns, contribute to brand development, and assist in driving customer engagement across multiple channels. You will work alongside experienced marketing professionals who will mentor and guide your professional development, whilst gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns and promotional materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities and trends
• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer records and campaign performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and initiatives
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations
• Support event planning and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
• Assist in managing the company's social media presence and engagement with followers
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for marketing initiatives and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO and content marketing
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development in the marketing field
• Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics or email marketing platforms (preferred)
• Previous internship or entry-level marketing experience (preferred)
