Junior Marketing Executive

JOB SUMMARY

• The Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives to promote AQ Energy’s solar and renewable energy solutions. This role focuses on assisting digital campaigns, content creation, and coordinating marketing activities while gaining hands-on experience in marketing operations and brand communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing and creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities, especially in Facebook Ads.
• Design basic marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and presentations.
• Assist in updating website content and supporting digital advertising campaigns (e.g., GDN, social ads).
• Monitor social media engagement and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Conduct basic market research on industry trends and competitors.
• Support collaboration with Business Development and Engineering teams.
• Ensure marketing materials comply with AQ Energy’s brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Capcut or similar platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical skills and willingness to learn.
