Junior Marketing Officer | CDO-based

Key responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with local partners and event organizers.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for project implementation.
• Prepare project documents, budgets, timelines, and reports.
• Manage partnership activations from planning to execution.
• Conduct partner meetings, site visits, and event monitoring.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the team.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and post-event reports.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field.

• Has experience in building and managing partnerships with local organizations, businesses, event organizers, or stakeholders.

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Willing to travel within Northern Mindanao for partner meetings, site visits, and activations.

• Has an awesome personality and ready to join a dynamic team
