The Role
We're looking for a driven Junior Marketing Trainee ready to learn and grow. This entry-level role is suited to people who want practical marketing experience in a people-facing environment. You'll be trained in customer engagement, campaign support, and professional client representation, with direct coaching to build skills in marketing strategy, communication, and campaign execution. Strong performers can progress into a Marketing Executive role as they develop.

Key Responsibilities
Interact directly with customers to support live marketing campaigns; present products and services clearly and engagingly; build understanding of marketing and customer engagement techniques; work toward individual and team performance goals; assist with coordinating marketing activities; maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results.

Requirements
Comfortable in a customer-facing role; experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is helpful but not required; excellent communication and people skills; positive, confident, professional attitude; eager to learn and grow in marketing; self-motivated and proactive.

What We Offer
Base salary £26,000, with total earning potential up to £36,000 including performance-based incentives; comprehensive training in marketing and business skills; mentorship from experienced team members; opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop; a collaborative, energetic team.
