Missions principales

Key missions

• Read & understand technical documentations (PID, SLD, OIM, Industrial scheme …)
• Gather & report necessary information from technical documentation to build equipment hierarchy breakdown
• Recover on client site the missing information from documentation (name plates, equipment tag, manufacturer name, model of equipment, characteristics…)
• Elaborate spare parts / Bill Of Material BOM recommendations for equipment identified in the equipment hierarchy according to manufacturer & client specifications
• Define spare parts SAP characteristics according to client specifications
• Follow objectives set up with Asset hierarchy & Spare part leaders according to the planning and scope of work
• Ensure commitment to all HSE rules & requested behavior to adopt on an Industrial Oil & Gas site

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical fields
• At least 5 years’ experience is physical asset verification, data collection developing BOMs, Equipment Database & Hierarchy with a minimum of 3 years in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Good mastering of MS Office is mandatory (Excel / Word)
• Knowledge of SAP is recommended
• Position based in Doha
