Junior Medical Coder

• Review medical records and apply accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and documentation standards
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient information
• Assist senior coders in resolving coding-related queries
• Update knowledge of latest medical coding rules and regulations
• Perform quality checks on assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

• B.Pharma or M.Pharma (Preferred)
• CPC Certified candidates
• Minimum experience 1yr
• Fresher Can also apply for this profile
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Basic computer skills.
