Junior MEP

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable MEP Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team with daily building maintenance, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance activities. The candidate will work under the supervision of the MEP Maintenance Technician and assist with electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, mechanical, and general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the MEP Technician with electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, mechanical, and general maintenance works.
• Assist with electrical repairs involving lights, switches, sockets, wiring, and other electrical fixtures under supervision.
• Support plumbing works, including repairing leaks, replacing taps, fittings, valves, and pipes.
• Assist with AC maintenance, including cleaning filters, checking units, and routine servicing.
• Help maintain water pumps, motors, water tanks, and related equipment.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance at company properties and sites.
• Carry and prepare tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance work.
• Help identify faults and report maintenance issues to the technician or supervisor.
• Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
• Support minor civil and general maintenance, including doors, locks, handles, tiles, ceilings, and other building fixtures.
• Assist with emergency maintenance and breakdown repairs when required.
• Maintain cleanliness at the worksite and follow company safety procedures.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in MEP, building maintenance, or general maintenance is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, and mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on maintenance work.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from the technician or supervisor.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel between different company properties and work locations.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
