Junior MEP Coordinator

• Assist in coordinating MEP design, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines, while maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of MEP project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor MEP installations, identifying any discrepancies and collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions promptly.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with MEP subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment to address potential conflicts and streamline project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundational knowledge.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination or project management, preferably in the construction or building services industry.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or MEP-related certifications (e.g., LEED) is a plus, showcasing commitment to professional development.
• Experience working with AutoCAD and Revit software, indicating technical proficiency in MEP design and drafting.
