Junior Meta Ads

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Meta Ads Executive to assist in planning, setting up, and managing Meta advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for candidates with basic knowledge of digital marketing who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to achieving the organization's humanitarian marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage Meta Ads advertising campaigns
• Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Assist in planning marketing campaigns and mapping out audience targeting parameters
• Prepare basic campaign performance reports for the marketing team
• Work closely with the marketing and creative team to align ad creatives with campaign goals
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, policies, algorithms, and digital marketing trends

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are highly encouraged to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and Meta Ads
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Able to understand basic marketing concepts and interpret campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA)
• Willing to learn, highly responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
