About the role
We're looking for a motivated Junior Metallurgist to support our gold processing plant operations. This role offers hands‑on experience in metallurgical testing, plant optimization, and technical support all while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in metallurgical test work, QAQC, and reporting.
- Monitor plant performance and recommend improvements.
- Support production teams with data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Help develop SOPs and train operators on process optimization.
- Coordinate metallurgical accounting and gold concentrate shipments.
