Job Title: Junior MIS Executive

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS), hands-on experience in MIS reporting, and excellent proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, analyze, and present data to support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain MIS databases.
• Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate data.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Generate reports as required by management.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Hands-on experience in MIS reporting or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

Industry Preference:

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Print Media & Publishing Industry.

Location Preference:

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Bhiwandi.
• Candidates from nearby locations may be considered only if they can commute to Bhiwandi daily without any travel constraints.

Working Hours:

• 8 hours per day
• 6 days a week
