JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handles the servicing of company issued iPads and Mobile Phones.
- Explore, analyze, identify, and solve issues with customer systems, including computer hardware & software, peripheral equipment and networks using documented processes where available and best practices were not.
- Execute other task assigned, which may include Helpdesk support, conference facility set-up, and project work.
- Provide guidance and trainings to employees on the foundation of the company services and departmental processes.
