Junior Motion Designer – Paid & Performance Content

We’re looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join our international in-house creative team and help us create engaging video and animated content for our growing portfolio of consumer healthcare brands across Europe.

This is an entry-level role , ideal for a recent graduate or someone at the start of their creative career. You’ll work primarily on paid social content, creating short videos and animations that bring our brands and products to life.

You’ll work alongside experienced designers, motion designers, copywriters, content specialists and marketers, with guidance and room to develop your skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Create short videos, static ads, and animations for Meta and other paid social campaigns
• Animate text, graphics and product visuals to tell clear, engaging stories
• Edit footage, stock video and creator content into social ads
• Add subtitles, music and sound effects
• Adapt existing videos into different formats, languages and creative variations
• Use AI tools to support video creation and develop new ideas
• Collaborate with our content, performance marketing and creative teams

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need professional experience. We’re looking for someone with a good visual eye, an interest in motion and a willingness to learn . Student projects, personal experiments and internships all count.

Ideally, you:

• Have studied Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Film, Digital Media or a related field, or have developed your skills independently
• Have a portfolio or short showreel showing your potential in animation or video editing
• Have basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro , or similar tools
• Understand the basics of composition, typography, timing and visual storytelling
• Are interested in social media, digital advertising and what makes people stop scrolling
• Are curious about AI and keen to experiment with new creative tools
• Enjoy working with different brands and visual styles
• Are organised and willing to learn how to manage tasks and deadlines
• Have good English communication skills
• Are open to feedback and enjoy working as part of a team

Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or AI image and video tools is a plus.
