Junior Murex MXML Interface Consultant

We are looking for a Junior Murex MxML Exchange Consultant to support interface configuration, testing, and delivery activities within the Murex MX.3 platform. The consultant will be responsible for MxML Exchange interface testing, XML message validation, workflow configuration, and user support. This role is ideal for candidates with strong XML and interface knowledge who are looking to build expertise in Murex integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end delivery of MxML Exchange interface solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and maintain MxML Exchange interfaces and workflows.
• Execute interface testing and prepare detailed testing reports.
• Validate XML messages and ensure data accuracy across interfaces.
• Perform configuration, testing, validation, and defect tracking activities.
• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Investigate and resolve interface-related issues and data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Provide user assistance and support during project implementation and post-production phases.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.

Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in Murex or financial systems projects.
• Knowledge of interface technologies and integration concepts.
• Experience working with XML messages and XML-based integrations.
• Basic understanding of Murex MxML Exchange interfaces, Data Dictionary, and Workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
