Title: Junior .NET Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC, onsite 4 days a week Duration: 6+ months with extension Compensation: $35-$39/hr Work Requirements: U.S. Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

We're seeking a motivated, hands-on Integration & Data Engineer I to join our technology team supporting our client. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer looking to grow their skills in data engineering, software development, and cloud technologies.

Working alongside senior engineers, you'll help build and support enterprise data integrations, ETL pipelines, APIs, and business applications using SQL Server, Snowflake, C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server, Snowflake, and SSIS.
• Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations to support business integrations.
• Assist with developing RESTful APIs and applications using C#, .NET, and Blazor.
• Support cloud-based integrations and development using Microsoft Azure.
• Perform data validation, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and technical leads in an Agile environment.
• Follow established coding, security, documentation, and deployment standards.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development, data engineering, integrations, internships, or relevant technical projects.
• Foundational knowledge of C#, .NET, or another object-oriented programming language.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic understanding of ETL processes, APIs, and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with Git, source control, and collaborative development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a collaborative engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, or SSIS.
• Exposure to C#, .NET, Blazor, or REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar integration tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
