Junior Nexthink Developer / SME

Role Overview

We are seeking a Nexthink specialist to support the implementation and optimization of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions. The role uses endpoint telemetry, experience analytics, dashboards, and remote actions to identify device and application issues, improve employee productivity, and enable proactive IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Nexthink analytics, dashboards, investigations, and experience monitoring for endpoints and applications.

Analyze device telemetry and user-experience data to identify performance, stability, application, connectivity, and configuration issues.

Build or maintain remote actions and remediation workflows within approved operational and security controls.

Create queries, reports, and experience indicators to track endpoint health and digital employee experience.

Work with EUC, service desk, endpoint engineering, security, and application teams to investigate recurring issues.

Support use-case discovery and translate IT operations problems into measurable Nexthink analytics or remediation solutions.

Validate remote actions and analytics through testing; document prerequisites, impact, rollback, and expected outcomes.

Monitor outcomes of remediation initiatives and help tune thresholds, targeting, and reporting.

Support issue triage, platform configuration, documentation, and operational handover.

Follow change-management, access-control, data-protection, and endpoint security policies.

Required Skills and Experience

4+ years of relevant experience in Nexthink, endpoint analytics, EUC, digital workplace, or IT operations.

Hands-on exposure to Nexthink platform configuration, investigations, dashboards, or remote actions.

Understanding of endpoint/device telemetry, Windows endpoint environments, application performance, and end-user experience.

Analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret endpoint data and turn findings into actionable improvements.

Good documentation and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DEX metrics, endpoint management tools, service-desk processes, and automated remediation.

Exposure to scripting or automation used for endpoint remediation.

Experience reporting on user experience, application health, or device performance.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
