Junior Supervisor – OFAC (BSA/AML)

Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 + benefits

Summary:

Seeking a Junior Supervisor – OFAC to support BSA/AML compliance, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting. Ideal candidate has strong OFAC, AML, and banking compliance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review OFAC alerts (LexisNexis Bridger Insight XG) and escalate as needed
• Perform sanctions screening and wire transfer investigations
• Handle real-time OFAC desk activities and clear alerts
• Coordinate with correspondent banks on compliance inquiries
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Support OFAC risk assessments and regulatory reporting
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years banking compliance (BSA/AML/OFAC)
• Experience in sanctions screening and wire investigations
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• CAMS/CFCS preferred

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
