Junior Officer - Client Relations

Any Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with brands/tenants and landlords of the mall.
• Act as the key coordination point between brands, landlords, and the mall management team.
• Handle and follow up on brand/tenant and landlord queries, requests, complaints, and operational concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Leasing, Finance, Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, and Marketing to resolve client requirements.
• Coordinate with brands and landlords regarding monthly billing, payments, outstanding dues, statements, and related follow-ups .
