Junior Officer - FMS

JOB PURPOSE

The role supports the FMS Team Lead in implementing and managing facility maintenance programs, ensuring both interior and exterior upkeep through regular inspections and SOP-driven operations. It involves collaboration with internal departments to address facility needs, supervision of service areas like reception and helpdesk, and ensuring high service quality. The role includes managing vendor contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, it requires preparing reports and MIS on operational performance, conducting data-driven analysis, and contributing to process improvements and standardization of FMS practices.

• Support the FMS Team Lead in implementing and managing maintenance programs for the interior and exterior upkeep of facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections to assess facility conditions and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and procedures for effective facility management and soft services.

• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Supervise the reception area and FMS help desk to ensure a professional, responsive environment for employees and visitors.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

• Prepare MIS, reports, and presentations on KPIs, expenditures, and operational highlights.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements.

• Support the standardization of FMS functions in line with best industry practices, including revisions to the FMS Manual.
