GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Officer to join our product development team to provide professional support for cosmetics, skin care and personal care projects. The right candidate must be detail oriented, organized, responsible and proactive in nature to participate in a young and energetic team.

ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate closely with overseas suppliers and brand partners on skincare and cosmetics product development projects
• Coordinate with factories on product testing, sample development, and cost analysis
• Partner with Design team to develop accurate product briefs, project documentation, and artwork specifications
• Maintain, organize, and categorize internal product sample inventory
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to support product development initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or above in Product Development, Business, Cosmetic Science, or related disciplines
• With at least 1 year of solid experience in product development, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or consumer products industry
• Knowledge of skincare and cosmetics product development processes, packaging materials, and manufacturing practices is an advantage
• Experience working with overseas suppliers, factories, and cross-functional teams in MNC is preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions and organizational levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Excellent command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Officer
