Position: Junior Officer

Experience: 1 To 2 Years

Location: Coimbatore ,Irugur.

Your Profile:

• Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 To 2 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, SCM, or Material Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of vendor coordination, purchase orders, material planning, and inventory management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems with good attention to detail.

Your Task:

• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials required for production and operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, quality, and commercial terms.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor material requirements, inventory levels, pending orders, and supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor documentation, and procurement reports while supporting cost optimization initiatives.
