Junior Operation and Development Engineer - MDSD (初级英语后端开发工程师）

该职位来源于猎聘 We are seeking a capable and growth-oriented Mid-Level Operations and Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will independently handle development and operational tasks while effectively utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and technical capabilities. This role requires good communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to effectively collaborate with our team in global offices. Responsibilities: System operation: Execute automation tasks using AI-driven solutions. Learn and implement AI tools integration into daily workflows. With minimal support, manage Life Cycle Management (LCM) tasks, including operating system upgrades, and coordinate with related departments on framework, middleware, security, and version upgrades. Monitor services using established monitoring tools and dashboards. Perform log analysis and basic troubleshooting of system issues. Support systemization requirement gathering and implementation. Development task: Implement service development tasks using AI-assisted development approaches. Work with producers and tech lead to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Execute development tasks across various tech stacks with AI tool assistance. Collaborate on service improvements and feature implementations. Follow established development practices and coding standards. Minimum Qualifications: Overall: Business-level English, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2-5 years of web system development or system operation experience. Basic familiarity with Linux systems and/or Cloud environments. Linux Command Line: Basic proficiency in Linux command-line tools for file operations, process management, and simple shell scripting. Cloud products: Basic understanding of cloud services, containerization concepts. Used the following system development language: Back-end Development: Experience with server-side languages such as GoLang and/or Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Visual Basic, and an understanding of frameworks like Go Echo, Laravel, or Spring. Front-end Development: Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Along with an understanding of frameworks such as Next.js or Vue.js. Databases: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL and Redis. DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Github Actions and containerization tools like Docker can be advantageous. AI Tools: Willingness to learn and use AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic experience with system monitoring and log analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in cross-functional or international teams. Interest in becoming proficient with AI tools for development and operations. Experience in agile environments and scrum methodology, with a proven ability to deal with frequent changes. Basic knowledge of media, advertising, or marketing business and service. Basic understanding of web security principles. Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK stack, etc.). Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools Familiarity and experience in developing MCP servers.
