Junior Operations Admin

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Administrator to join us on a 6-month contract. You’ll support daily administrative and operational activities, working with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

What You’ll Do

• Process and organise vendor invoices and follow up with Finance on payments.
• Maintain documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Assist with meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, agendas, and notes.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
• Liaise with IT, cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers.
• Coordinate vendor orders, deliveries, and invoice follow-ups.
• Prepare internal announcements, memos, and meeting updates.
• Support events, including setup and teardown when required.
• Assist with other administrative and operational projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, or coordination. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership.
• Experience with Slack, Teams, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
