Job description:Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and organized Junior Operations & Admin Assistant to join our growing back-office team based at our office in Kacheripady, Kochi. In this role, you will play a critical operational support role during our evening/night shift—ensuring healthcare staff reach their shifts on time, gathering real-time feedback, coordinating initial shadowing shifts, assisting night shift cover, and maintaining seamless email communication with our UK care home clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Punctuality & Attendance Tracking: Actively track and verify that healthcare staff arrive on time for their scheduled UK shifts.
• Feedback Collection: Proactively gather shift feedback from both healthcare staff and care home managers to ensure quality of service and quick resolution of any issues.
• Shadow Shift Coordination: Arrange and schedule introductory/shadow shifts for new healthcare staff at care homes.
• Night Shift Cover Support: Assist with real-time shift cover allocations and emergency staffing requests to support the night team.
• Client Confirmation Emails: Promptly generate and send official shift confirmation emails to care home managers for all booked and covered shifts.
• Administrative & Onboarding Assistance: Support basic operational record-keeping, compliance documentation, and daily log updates within the system.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Who Can Apply: Freshers, immediate joiners, and candidates with previous experience in customer support, operations, or CRM are warmly welcomed. Full training will be provided!
• Immediate Availability: Rapid recruitment process with online interviews taking place this week—joining date will be within this week!
• Communication Skills: Excellent, fluent, and clear English communication skills (both spoken and written) with a confident, friendly, and professional phone/email manner.
• Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable navigating mobile apps, email platforms, and scheduling tools quickly and accurately.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in our fixed shift timing (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).

Shift Timing & Salary:

• Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Indian Standard Time)
• Monthly Salary: ₹17,000 per month
