Junior Operations and HR Support Working Student/ Intern PTE (m/f/d)

Position Description

To support our team, we are looking for a motivated trainee, intern, or working student who can be deployed flexibly and assist in various areas of our daily operations.

In this role, you will support the team wherever help is currently needed. You will gain insights into different business areas, assist colleagues with organizational, administrative, and project-related tasks, and contribute to keeping internal processes running efficiently.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of different departments
• Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating documents, lists, presentations, and reports
• Supporting internal projects and special topics
• Conducting research and compiling relevant information
• Coordinating smaller task packages and following up on open items
• Supporting meetings (also scheduling), appointments, and internal communication
• Maintaining data, filing structures, and internal systems
• Taking on additional tasks flexibly depending on current business needs

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role You are a good fit if you:

• are currently enrolled as a student, looking for an internship, starting your career, or

interested in a trainee position

• work reliably, carefully, and in a structured manner
• are flexible and able to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics
• bring a hands-on mentality
• enjoy working in a team and communicate openly
• are confident using MS Office or comparable applications
• are willing to take on a variety of tasks and gain practical experience
• English C1
• German - strong advantage

This role is particularly suitable for someone who wants to gain broad practical experience and explore which areas of work suit them best.

The position can be structured as an internship, working student role, or trainee position depending on availability and business needs. Scope, duration, and areas of assignment will be agreed individually.
