Overview:

As a Junior Operations Executive, you will support daily logistics operations, with a main focus on handling international ocean and air shipments. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth shipment coordination and workflow, while gaining valuable experience to develop your career in operations.

Responsibilities/Job Purpose: Creation of Operations Job Files

1. Export
a.      Creation of Job files
b.      Prepare BL/AWB draft
c.      Prepare Manifest
d.      Prepare Shipping Note
e.      Prepare Booking Confirmation
f.       Upload documents
g.      Input sell and cost
h.      Post verified Payable Invoice/CN
i.        Update milestone (Eg. ATD & etc)

2. Import
a.      Creation of Job files
b.      Prepare Delivery Note
c.      Upload documents
d.      Input sell and cost
e.      Post verified Payable Invoice/CN
f.       Update milestone (Eg. ATA, POD & etc)

3. Domestics/Rail
a.      Creation of Job files
b.      Upload documents
c.      Input sell and cost
d.      Post verified Payable Invoice/CN
e.      Update milestone (Eg. ATA, POD & etc)

4. Prepare operations report from Logisys

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
