• Were looking for energetic and qualified Junior Operations Executive (Last Mile) to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Delhi NCR.

• This is a field role based at our dark store, and you must be near any of the following locations: Sector 84, Gurugram.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
• Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
• Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
• MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders
• Daily fleet availability, utilization productivity tracking
• Rider onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Shift planning, attendance, and supply-demand balancing
• SLA adherence - delivery timelines, reliability efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
• Education: Graduate and above
• Team management, stakeholder management, independent decision-making experience are a must.
• Must have an owners mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
