What will you do?

You're the link between our technology, our parking locations and the people who run them. In practice, that means:

• Malfunctions and technology: you're the first point of contact for technical issues on location. You analyse what's going wrong, fix it yourself or bring in the right partner, and keep everyone informed. Recurring problems you spot early and solve for good.
• Location quality: you regularly inspect our locations across the Netherlands, set quality standards and make sure improvements are picked up quickly.
• Location owners and training: you're the go-to person for operational questions, you train on-site teams and gather the feedback that helps us keep improving our service.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's (HBO) level of education or equivalent
• Technically minded and happy to roll up your sleeves
• A sharp eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Category B driving licence
• Independent and solution-oriented
• Available full-time
