Junior Operations Manager - Steps Ahead Private Limited

Our client Steps Ahead Private Limited is hiring a Junior Operations Manager in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate with different departments to provide operational support.

• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, and implement improvements.

• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.

• Support in managing inventory and logistics to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in budgeting and financial management tasks as needed.

• Address and resolve any operational issues that arise in a timely manner.

• Support the senior operations manager with various operational tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in an operations role or related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of operational systems and workflows is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to support and execute operational strategies.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is preferred.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

• Ability and willingness to work on-site and manage day-to-day operations.

• Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
