Role Summary

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking individual who enjoys getting things done. This is a hands-on role where you'll support the team with day-to-day office, operational, and administrative tasks. Every day will be different, and we're looking for someone who is always ready to help wherever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day office and operational tasks.
• Maintain basic records, spreadsheets, and files.
• Print, scan, photocopy, and organize documents.
• Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and document collection.
• Run office-related errands when required.
• Assist in arranging meetings and handling general office coordination.
• Help maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace runs smoothly.
• Support different teams with routine operational tasks.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or currently completing a Bachelor's degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Honest, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
