Your Mission: The Strategic Heart of Our Product World As a Junior Operations Project Manager Nutrition , you will play a key role at the intersection of product development, quality management, and operational execution. You will guide our products from initial trend research to market maturity, ensuring our global quality standards are met at every step.

Important: While we are an international company, the primary communication with our suppliers and external partners is conducted in German. Therefore, exceptional, near-native German language skills are mandatory for this position.

Your Responsibilities: > Product Innovation & Research: Support product, market, and trend research as well as product launches.

> Product Development: Assist in developing recipes, defining product features (labels, packaging, design), and conducting tastings.

> Quality & Compliance: Support the maintenance of the highest global quality standards (e.g., EFSA, FDA) for all products.

> Process Management: Help optimize internal processes and ensure smooth internal communication.

> Assortment Strategy: Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our nutrition and supplement range.

> Stakeholder Management: Develop close working relationships with internal departments (Graphic Design, Procurement, Customer Support) and manage daily communication with external suppliers, manufacturers, and fillers in German.

> Analysis & Reporting: Create detailed reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
