Junior Order Clerk (歐洲珠寶貿易/ 本地珠寶展 + 不用出差/ 5 days work)

Our client is an established player in the fine jewellery trade sector, specialising in high-quality diamond and gold creations. They are currently expanding their operations and looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Junior Order Clerk to support their sales and account management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle sales coordination, from order processing and sample arrangement to shipment tracking and invoice preparation.
• Act as a primary liaison between international clients, internal production teams, and external logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate sales records, inventory updates, and order status reports in the system.
• Coordinate participation in regional/international jewellery trade exhibitions and manage related marketing
• Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the sales department.

Requirements:

• DSE or above, with formal training in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of work experience in sales coordination, customer service, or merchandising sectors.
• Less experienced candidates with part-time, temporary, or freelance background in the jewellery industry are welcome to apply.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing).
• Independent, organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
