Junior Outreach Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Outreach Executive to support our lead generation and business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have basic experience with LinkedIn and email outreach, understand how to identify target prospects, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, company websites, and online directories.
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn and email campaigns.
• Personalize outreach messages based on prospect profiles and company information.
• Track outreach activities and update CRM or spreadsheets accurately.
• Follow up with prospects to increase response rates.
• Assist in lead qualification and appointment-setting activities.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve outreach targets.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of B2B prospecting and lead research.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow ICP criteria.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using outreach tools and CRM systems.
• Understanding of business development and sales processes.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet management and data organization.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
