Junior Outreach Specialist

Serene Advancements is a Raleigh-based outreach firm that partners with nonprofit organizations throughout the Research Triangle to help them grow their donor base and strengthen their connection to the communities they serve. The work we do directly supports organizations that are making a positive difference across North Carolina.

We are looking for a Junior Outreach Specialist to join our team - someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, representing meaningful causes, and being part of events that bring communities together.

This is a full-time, in-person W-2 position - not remote, not door-to-door, and not commission-only. Weekly pay and paid training from day one.

What is the role?

• Represent our nonprofit partners at community events and fundraising activations throughout the Raleigh and Research Triangle area
• Build genuine relationships with donors and community members on behalf of the organizations we support
• Engage with diverse audiences in a warm, professional, and approachable way at every event
• Support the success of each event by showing up prepared, engaged, and ready to connect
• Work closely with your team to ensure every campaign reflects the mission of our partners
• Use mobile tools to log outreach activity and track engagement throughout each event
• Take part in structured paid training as a regular part of your role

Who are we looking for?

• Someone who is personable, dependable, and genuinely enjoys being around people
• A strong communicator who can represent an organization with confidence and warmth
• Someone with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or athletics - or simply a natural connector who is eager to grow
• Recent graduates and individuals early in their career are strongly encouraged to apply
• Someone who is already local to the Raleigh or Triangle area and available to start soon
• Someone available for a full-time schedule including some evenings and weekends - this is not a Monday through Friday only position

We provide full paid training before you begin working with any of our partners.
