Junior - Painting

Key Responsibilities / Tasks / Activities

 Perform painting and packing activities to meet production schedules and quality requirements

 Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools, ensuring proper functioning at all times

 Keep an inventory of painting supplies and inform management when reordering is necessary

 Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

 Comply with environmental regulations regarding the disposal of paints and hazardous materials.

 Participate in process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to optimize painting and

packing processes to address critical customer complaints

 Ensure completion of inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement

Requirements

 Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials

 Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

 Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in manufacturing.

 Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning of painting tools and equipment
