Junior Paralegal

About the role

Masangcay Renegado and Partners Law Offices is seeking a Junior Paralegal who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in legal and corporate compliance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with legal professionals while developing expertise in regulatory compliance and corporate housekeeping.

What you'll be doing

• Assist lawyers in legal and corporate compliance matters.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and corporate records.

• Process and file SEC, BIR, and LGU registrations, renewals, permits, and reportorial requirements.

• Coordinate with government agencies to secure licenses, permits, and clearances.

• Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of regulatory requirements.

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal correspondence.

• Provide administrative and other legal support as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in paralegal work or corporate legal compliance is an advantage.

• Knowledge of SEC, BIR, and LGU registration and compliance processes is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in legal and corporate compliance are encouraged to apply.
