職責:

• 協助設計、準備及制作各類甜品糕餅
• 參與研發新款式甜品，定期更新餐單內容
• 準備及處理相關食材，確保品質與衛生
• 保持工作間衛生整潔，並確保食材及配料的新鮮度

要求:

• 中五或以上學歷
• 流利粵語溝通能力，略懂英文讀寫
• 富有創意，熱愛嘗試與學習，對甜品有濃厚興趣
• 能獨立工作，同時重視團隊合作

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and producing a variety of desserts, cakes, and pastries
• Support daily operations of the pastry department and manage ingredient inventory
• Participate in developing new dessert creations and regularly update the menu
• Handle ingredient preparation and ensure high quality and hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while strictly following kitchen safety guidelines

Requirements

• Form 5 (Secondary 5) or above education level
• Fluent in Cantonese; basic reading and writing in English
• Creative mindset, eager to experiment, learn, and passionate about pastry arts
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player
