Junior Payroll Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Payroll Executive to support our payroll team in processing salaries accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leaves, and deductions
• Update and maintain employee payroll data and records
• Support preparation of PF, ESI, PT, and TDS data for statutory filings
• Help with new joiner onboarding and exit formalities in the payroll system
• Respond to basic employee payroll queries
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations in Excel and support salary disbursement

Requirements

• 6 months to 1.5 years of payroll or HR operations experience
• Advanced Excel (must): VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and data validation
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, and TDS
• Payroll software or Tally is a plus
• Accuracy, confidentiality, and willingness to learn

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
