Junior Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive / Media Buyer to manage paid marketing activities across BusinessBay.io and its sister companies.
The role covers lead generation, app marketing, e-commerce, WhatsApp marketing, media buying and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Buying- Manage and optimize Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns.
• Lead Generation
• Run campaigns focused on lead quality, CPL and conversions.
• App Marketing
• Manage app install and in-app conversion campaigns.
• E-commerce -Run sales, retargeting and ROAS-focused campaigns.
• WhatsApp Marketing -Handle broadcasts, remarketing and re-engagement.
• Tracking & Optimization - Monitor budgets, pixels, events, conversions, CPA, CPL and ROAS.
• CRM & Reporting - Track leads, funnels and campaign performance.

Required Skills:

• 0–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying.
• Hands-on experience in at least 1–2 areas: App Marketing, Lead Generation, E-commerce or WhatsApp Marketing.
• Good working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Understanding of campaign budgets, conversion tracking, pixels, funnels and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to take ownership of campaign execution and optimization.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel / CAPI and Looker Studio
• Familiarity with Firebase, Shopify / WooCommerce and Google Merchant Center
• Experience with WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp API tools
• Exposure to multiple brands, industries or business models.
• Relevant certifications or practical campaign projects

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
