Junior Performance Marketing Specialist

We are a performance-driven AI marketing company working across e-commerce, applications, finance, real estate, SaaS, B2B, and B2C sectors. With a growing focus on AI automation and smart marketing systems, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Junior performance marketer.

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.

• Support campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other advertising platforms.

• Conduct basic keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.

• Monitor campaign performance, including clicks, impressions, leads, conversions, and cost per lead.

• Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve performance and achieve marketing objectives.

• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and maintain marketing data.

• Coordinate with the content and creative teams to develop ad creatives and campaign materials.

• Track advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are running within the approved budget.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising tools, and industry best practices.

• Support the team in lead generation and achieving campaign targets.

3. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.

• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid advertising campaigns.

• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and ROAS.

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and campaign tracking is preferred.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge for reporting and data analysis.

• Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and meet deadlines.
