Junior Personal Assistant

About the role

Join Coltex Furnishing Limited as a full-time Junior Personal Assistant based in North Point Eastern District. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our founder, ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of the office.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate regular meetings with different branches of the company
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports and presentation materials
• Handle schedule, manage agenda and arrange meetings and appointments
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
• Make travel arrangements, manage trip requests and expenses reimbursements
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Monitor office administration and arrange office necessities
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and duties
• Handling founder personal affairs including kids arrangement

What we're looking for

• Design related is a must
• Degree holder
• Competent PC skills in MS Office
• Well-organized, self-motivated, attentive to details
• Willing to learn and take challenge
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese including Putonghua
