Junior Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Pharmacist to join our founding team at a new, state-of-the-art IVF Centre in Tuguegarao. You will help us build a legacy of hope and health in the community by providing world-class fertility treatments and compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Check and dispense medication accurately based on prescriptions
• Maintain efficient stock control to ensure essential medications are always available and minimize wastage
• Assist the Centre Manager in maintaining effective control over the dispensary operations
• Ensure the dispensary is clean, organized, and that access is restricted only to permitted personnel
• Work closely with nurses and laboratory personnel to ensure the timely distribution of medications to patients
• Undertake special assignments and maintain accurate records as required by the Centre Manager

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Industrial Pharmacy
• Must hold a valid and updated PRC Pharmacy License
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience
• Background in regulatory affairs with knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations (particularly handling drug products and submission processes) is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
• Demonstrated integrity and a professional approach to work
