Junior Phlebotomist (Part Time)

We empower patients to take control of their health by providing affordable, convenient lab testing — no doctor's referral required. Our Pleasanton lab is the newest addition to the network, privately owned and independently operated. We’re currently seeking a Junior Phlebotomist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service.
• Collecting and processing lab specimens, including venipuncture blood draws (phlebotomy)
• Following standard specimen collection processes to ensure accurate test results
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
• Preparing and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Skills

• At least 1 year of experience as a CA certified phlebotomist or registered nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - in person, on the phone, as well as written
• A natural ability to put patients at ease, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the right lab tests with confidence and care
• Eager to learn about clinical, DNA and drug tests, and be able to educate customers
• Good computer skills

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
