• Progress Monitoring : Regularly assess and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting the treatment plan as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Modalities and Therapeutic Agents : Assist in providing modalities and therapeutic agents such as heat, cold, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or traction to aid in the healing process
• Pain Management : Implement pain management techniques to help patients cope with pain and discomfort during their rehabilitation
• Health Records : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes following relevant healthcare guidelines
